Our Acro classes combine the strength, flexibility, balance, and control of gymnastics with the creativity and expression of dance. Dancers will learn a range of acrobatic skills, including rolls, cartwheels, walkovers, handstands, balances, and partner work, all taught using safe progression techniques. Classes focus on building confidence, coordination, and technique while developing skills that can be seamlessly incorporated into dance routines. Suitable for a range of ages and abilities, our Acro classes provide a fun, challenging, and supportive environment for every student.
